Exhaust System Center Section (G2270513): Installation

  1. Install the 2 new exhaust clamps.

    Renew Part: Exhaust clamp Quantity: 2  .

  2. CAUTION: Make sure the exhaust clamps are correctly seated over the ridges failure to follow this step may cause damage to the vehicle.
    • With the aid of another technician install the exhaust system center section.
    • Install and tighten the 2 exhaust clamps.

    Torque  : 55Nm 

  3. Install the 4 mounting rubbers.
  4. CAUTION: Make sure that the exhaust system center section is correctly fitted to the rear silencers.
    • Reposition the rear silencers to the exhaust system center section.
    • Install and tighten the 2 clamps.

    Torque  : 55Nm 

  5. Install the rear undershield.
