Left Catalytic Converter - RWD (G1817302): Installation

  1. CAUTION:
    • Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.
    • If accidentally dropped or knocked install a new sensor.
    NOTE: Make sure that a suitable anti seize grease is applied to the sensor thread.

    Using the special tool Install the Heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S).

    Special Tool(s): 310-121 

    Torque  : 48Nm 

    • Install the left catalytic converter.
    • Install and tighten the 2 nuts.

    Renew Part: Exhaust manifold nuts Quantity  : 2. 

    Torque  : 40Nm 

    • Connect the HO2S electrical connector.
    • Install the wiring harness to the clip.
  4. Install the heatshield.

    Torque  : 9Nm 

    • Connect the HO2S electrical connector.
    • Install the wiring harness to the 2 clips.
  6. Install the front exhaust silencer.

  7. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD
