Engine Compartment Wiring Harness - Project 8 (G2248419): Installation

1. Install the engine compartment harness.
2. Install and tighten the 3 nuts.
  Torque : 10Nm
3. Secure the clip.
4. Secure the 7 wiring harness clips.

1. Install the wiring harness carrier.
2. Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 10Nm
3. Connect the 3 electrical connectors.

1. Install and tighten the 2 bolts to secure the ground cables.
  Torque : 10Nm
2. Remove the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 10Nm
3. Connect the electrical connector.

1. Secure the harness clip.
2. Install and tighten the 2 nuts to secure the ground cables.
  Torque : 10Nm
3. Connect the 3 electrical connectors.

Install the 2 dirty air ducts.

1. Install the wiring harness carrier.
2. Secure the 6 harness clips.

2. Install the access cover.

2. Install the Body Control Module/Gateway Module (BCM/GWM) assembly.
3. Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 10Nm

1. Install the 2 front floor carpets.
2. Install the 4 clips.

1. Install the windshield wiper motor.
2. Install the mounting bracket.
3. Install the 3 bolts.
4. Tighten the 3 bolts.

Connect the electrical connector.
NOTE: Repeat the procedure for the other side.

Install the A-pillar lower trim panel.

Install the instrument panel.

Install the secondary bulkhead right inner panel.

Install the secondary bulkhead left inner panel.

NOTE: This procedure must be carried out on both sides.

Install the front wheel arch liner.

Install the right air filter housing.
Refer to: RIGHT AIR FILTER HOUSING
Install the left air filter housing.
Refer to: LEFT AIR FILTER HOUSING
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
