Front Bumper - Project 8 (G2245715): Installation

    • Install the 2 air ducts to the front bumper.
    • Install and tighten the 6 nuts.
    • Install the front bumper lower grille.
    • Install and tighten the 17 screws.
  3. NOTE:
    • Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
    • Before installing the radiator grille screws, note the thread size of the screws.
    • Install the radiator grille.
    • Install and tighten the 8 upper and 5 lower screws.

      Torque  : 2Nm 

  4. Install the 2 lower foams to the lower grille.
  5. NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
    • Install the headlamp washer jets.
    • Install and tighten the 6 screws.

      Torque  : 2.5Nm 

  6. NOTE: An audible click is heard when the clips are fully latched.

    Install the headlamp washer jet covers.

  7. Install the front bumper insulator foam.
    • With assistance, install the front bumper.
    • Install and tighten the 8 upper screws on the front bumper.

      Torque  : 1.7Nm 

    • Install the clip.
    • Install the 2 lower screws on the front bumper.
    • Install the 3 clips.
  10. Install the 6 outside bolts on the front bumper.

    Torque  : 2.5Nm 

  11. Install the washer jet hose.
  12. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD - PROJECT 8

  13. NOTE: Repeat the procedure for the other side.

    Install the front wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - PROJECT 8
