Front Armature - Project 8 (G2247805): Installation

- With assistance, carefully install the front armature.
- Install and tighten the 6 M12 bolts to the front armature.
  Renew Part: Front armature to front subframe bolt Quantity: 6 .
  
  Torque : 110Nm
- Install and tighten the 6 M8 bolts to the front armature.
  Renew Part: Radiator guard bolts Quantity: 6 .
  
  Torque : 110Nm
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts to front subframe.
  Renew Part: Front subframe to body bolts Quantity: 2 .
  
  Torque
  
  Stage 1: 110Nm
  
  Stage 2: 180°
Install the 4 wiring harness clips.
- Install the 3 brackets.
- Install and tighten the 5 nuts.
  Torque : 7Nm
NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
- Install the auxiliary radiator ducts on both sides.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 7Nm
- Install the brake cooling air ducts on both sides.
- Install the 6 clips.
- Install the radiator lower panel.
- Install the 4 fasteners.
- Install the horn assemblies.
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 25Nm
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Install the 2 radiator side panels.
- Install the 4 fasteners.
With assistance, install the front bumper.
