Front HALFSHAFT (G1895699): Installation

    Install a new circlip to the front halfshaft.

    Renew Part: Circlip  Quantity: 1. 

  2. CAUTION:
    • Take extra care when installing the halfshaft. Failure to follow this instruction might result in damage to the CV  or the CV  boot.
    • Take extra care not to damage the seal.

    Install the halfshaft.

  3. CAUTION: Install a new nut and bolt.

    Install the yoke to the shock absorber.

    Renew Part: Yoke to shock absorber nut (s)  Quantity: 1. 

    Renew Part: Yoke to shock absorber bolt (s)  Quantity: 1. 

    Torque  : 73Nm 

  4. CAUTION: Install a new bolt.

    Connect the yoke to the lower arm.

    Renew Part: Yoke to lower arm bolt (s)  Quantity: 1. 

    Torque  : 170Nm 

  5. Install the wheel knuckle.

    Refer to: WHEEL KNUCKLE - AWD
