Fender - Project 8 (G2245703): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Only tighten the bolt finger-tight at this stage.

    1. Install the fender.
    2. Install the upper bolt.
  2. CAUTION: Only tighten the bolts finger-tight at this stage.

    Install the 5 rear bolts.

  3. CAUTION: Only tighten the bolt finger-tight at this stage.

    Install the front bolt.

  4. CAUTION: Only tighten the bolt finger-tight at this stage.

    Install the inner bolt.

  5. Align the fender.

    Refer to: FENDER ALIGNMENT

  6. Install the headlamp assembly.

    Refer to: HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY - PROJECT 8

  7. Install the fender finisher.

    Refer to: FENDER FINISHER - PROJECT 8
