Fender (G1823028): Installation

    • NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

      Install the front right fender.

    • install the 2 bolts.
  2. NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

    install the 2 bolts.

  3. NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

    install the 2 bolts.

  4. NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

    install the 2 bolts.

    Align the fender gaps to the surrounding body panels as illustrated.

  6. Tighten the 2 upper bolts.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  7. Tighten the 2 lower bolts.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  8. Tighten the 2 rear bolts.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  9. Tighten the 2 front bolts.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

    1. Install the front wheel arch liner.
    2. Install the clip.
    3. Install and tighten the 2 nuts.

      Torque  : 10Nm 

  11. Install the windshield moulding.
  12. Install the wheel and tire.

  13. Install the rocker panel moulding.

    Refer to: ROCKER PANEL MOULDING

  14. Install the front fender moulding.

    Refer to: FRONT FENDER MOULDING

  15. Install the headlamp assembly.

    Refer to: HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY
