Fuel Rail (G2032604): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Make sure threads are clean and free from petrol.

    Install the fuel rail pressure sensor. Lubricate the threads with Molykote W15.

    Torque  : 38Nm 

  2. Install the fuel injectors.

    Refer to: FUEL INJECTORS 

  3. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS

  4. Bleed the fuel system and check for leaks.

    Refer to: FUEL SYSTEM BLEEDING
