Pinpoint Test B: Front Brake Noise

B1: FRONT BRAKE NOISE VEHICLES INSTALLED WITH: 325 MM FRONT BRAKES
NOTE: The issue is more evident before the front brakes have reached operating temperature in cool ambient temperatures and typically does not reoccur after the brakes have reached operating temperature.
1. Assess noise.
  Is there a noise from the front brakes during light brake pedal application.
  
  Yes : Raise an Electronic Product Quality Report (EPQR), attach a noise file, brake questionnaire and any other supporting evidence.
  
  No : Road test the vehicle with the customer to confirm the noise has gone.
B2: FRONT BRAKE NOISE VEHICLES INSTALLED WITH: 350 MM FRONT BRAKES
1. Assess noise.
  Can brake noise be heard from the front brakes under normal driving conditions?
  
  Yes : Raise an EPQR attach a noise file, brake questionnaire and any other supporting evidence.
  
  No : Road test the vehicle with the customer to confirm the noise has gone.
