Rear Upper Control Arm (G2224769): Installation

The following step(s) applies to: 

All vehicles

1. CAUTION: Nuts and bolts must be tightened with vehicle at normal ride height.
   • Install the rear upper control arm.

   Torque 

   Stage 1: 60Nm 

   Stage 2: 60° 

   • Install new nuts and bolts.

   Renew Part: Upper control arm bolts  Quantity: 2  .

   Renew Part: Upper control arm nut(s)  Quantity: 2  .

2. Remove the hydraulic stand.
3. Install the wiring harness and retaining clip.
4. Install the rear wheel and tire.
5. Lower the vehicle to the floor.

   The following step(s) applies to: 

   Vehicles with air suspension

6. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, fully pressurize the air suspension.
