Transmission Fluid Cooler - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel (G1904868): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
    • Install the transmission fluid cooler assembly.
    • Install the bolt and tighten, to secure the transmission cooler assembly to the bracket.

      Torque  : 5 Nm 

  2. Install the 2 transmission cooler tubes to the transmission cooler assembly.
  3. Install the 2 coolant pipes to the transmission cooler assembly.
    • Install the front left lower fender splash shield.
    • Install the 3 clips securing the lower fender splash shield to the vehicle body.
  5. Fill the coolant system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

  6. Fill the transmission fluid system.

    Refer to: TRANSMISSION FLUID DRAIN AND REFILL .

  7. Lower the vehicle.
