Thermostat (G2110293): Installation

- Install a new gasket.
  Renew Part: Thermostat to cylinder block gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the thermostat housing.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque: 11.5 Nm
Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Install the 2 coolant hoses.
- Install the vacuum pipe clip.
NOTE: Make sure the timing mark on the hose align with the timing marks on the thermostat outlet spigot.

Install the bypass coolant pipe.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 7 Nm
- Install the 3 coolant hose clamps.
- Install the vacuum pipe.
- Install the purge valve and connect the electrical connector.
- Install the clip.
NOTE: Make sure the timing mark on the hose align with the timing marks on the thermostat outlet spigot.

Install the coolant hose.
Install the cooling module.
