Electric Cooling Fan And Shroud (G2110296): Installation

  1. Install the radiator cooling fan motor and shroud.
  2. Secure the radiator bleed hose to the radiator cooling fan shroud.
  3. Install the charge air cooler coolant pump bracket.

    Torque: 5 Nm 

  4. Secure the 2 coolant hose retaining clips to the radiator cooling fan motor and shroud.
  5. Connect the electrical connector and secure the wiring harness retaining clip.
  6. Vacuum fill the engine cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

  7. Install the front armature.

    Refer to: FRONT BUMPER .

  8. Install the air deflector.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .

  9. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
