Cooling Module (G2185910): Installation

  1. Install the cooling module.
  2. Connect the Air Conditioning (A/C) pipes. Renew the seals.

    Renew Part: Condenser to high pressure line O-ring seal  Quantity: 2. 

    Torque: 24 Nm 

  3. Connect the 3 right side coolant hoses.
  4. Secure the coolant bleed hose to the clips.
  5. Connect the 3 left side coolant hoses.
  6. Connect the cooling fan electrical connector.
  7. Secure the radiator air duct and retaining clips.
  8. Install the cooling module vent.
  9. Secure the wiring harness and retaining clips.
  10. Install the horn assembly.

    Refer to: HORN .

  11. Recharge the A/C system.

    Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING .

  12. Install the auxiliary coolant pump.

    Refer to: COOLANT PUMP - CHARGE AIR COOLER .

  13. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

  14. Install the front armature panel.

    Refer to: FRONT ARMATURE .
