Instrument Panel Cross-Car Beam (G2181035): Installation

  1. NOTE: If equipped.
    • Install the 2 brackets.
    • Install and tighten the 4 bolts.

    Torque  : 11 Nm 

    • Install the instrument panel bracket.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque  : 4 Nm 

    • Install the electrical wiring harness.
    • Install the 5 electrical wiring harness clips.
    • Install and tighten the ground cable bolt.

    Torque  : 10 Nm 

  4. Install the instrument panel wiring harness.

    Refer to: INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRING HARNESS .

  5. Install the climate control assembly.

    Refer to: HEATER CORE AND EVAPORATOR HOUSING .
