  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect .

  2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  3. Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING (G1556999) .
  4. Refer to: SUPERCHARGER (G1549762) .

    • Be prepared to collect escaping oil.
    • Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.

    NOTE: Discard the gasket.
