Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install the auxiliary radiator.

    Torque Specification: 7 Nm 

  2. Install the auxiliary radiator bracket bolt.

    Torque Specification: 7 Nm 

  3. Connect the coolant hoses.
  4. Install the wheel arch liner.
  5. Install the front right wheel.

    Refer to: Wheel and Tire .

  6. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: Cooling System Partial Draining and Vacuum Filling .

  7. Install the air deflector.
