Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. With assistance from another technician install the exhaust center section. Tighten the 4 bolts securing the exhaust cross brace into position.

    Torque Specification: 25 Nm 

  2. NOTE: install a new exhaust clamp.
    • Install the center exhaust system to align with the catalytic converter.
    • Install a new exhaust clamp to secure the exhaust system to the catalytic assembly and tighten to the correct torque.

      Renew Part: Front exhaust clamp. 

      Torque Specification: 56 Nm 

  3. Install the left side and the right side under shields.

    Torque Specification: 7 Nm 

  4. Install the rear silencer

    Refer to: Rear Silencer .

  5. Lower the vehicle.
