Oil Cooler (G1557024): Installation

    CAUTION: Make sure that these components are installed to the noted removal position.
    NOTE: Install new seals.
  1. Renew Part: Oil cooler O-ring seals Quantity: 1.

    2. CAUTION: Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.
    NOTE: Install a new gasket.
  2. Renew Part: Oil cooler gasket Quantity: 1.

    3. CAUTION:
    • Install all the bolts finger tight before final tightening.
    • Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.
    NOTE: Tighten the bolts in the indicated sequence.
  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    Torque: 13 Nm
