- Check powertrain control module for additional DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index. Rectify these first
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the power and ground connections to the module
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check connections are secure and wiring integrity for coolant temperature sensor and ambient temperature sensor
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and retest
