Front HALFSHAFT RH (G1569227): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Install a new snap ring.

  2. CAUTION:
    • Do not allow halfshafts to hang unsupported at one end or joint damage will occur.
    • Make sure no damage occurs to the halfshaft seal when installing the halfshaft.

  3. WARNING: Make sure to support the shock absorber.
    CAUTION: Make sure that no load is placed on the brake hose.

  4. CAUTION: Make sure that new nuts are installed.

    Torque Specification: 27 Nm 

  5. NOTE: Make sure that a new nut is installed.

    Torque Specification: 90 Nm

  7. NOTE:
    • Use an additional wrench to prevent the ball joint rotating.
    • Make sure that a new nut is installed.

    CAUTION: Do not use air tools to install the nut. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the component.
