Defrost Vent/Register Blend Door Actuator (G1448153): Removal

Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (General Procedures).
WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.
Refer to: Instrument Panel Console (Removal and Installation).
CAUTION:
- Take extra care not to damage the clips or screw threads. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the climate control assembly.
- Make sure that the component is correctly located on the locating dowels.
NOTE: RHD illustration shown, LHD is similar.

Torque Specification: 1.3 Nm
