Oil Cooler (G1550162): Removal

  2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  3. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (General Procedures).

  4. Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING (G1816880) (General Procedures).
  5. Refer to: Intake Manifold  (Removal and Installation).

  7. CAUTION: Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.

    Torque Specifications: 

    Stage 1: 22 Nm 

    Stage 2: 75° 

    1. Wait for 10 seconds.

      Torque Specification: 15°
