Engine Oil Draining And Filling (G1550150): Draining

  1. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  2. Refer to: Air Deflector (Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
  3. Refer to: Oil Filter Element  (Removal and Installation).
  4. WARNING: Avoid skin contact with the specified material.
    CAUTION:
    • Hot fluid.
    • Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.
    NOTE: Discard the oil pan drain plug.
