Cooling Module (G1773690): Removal

  1. Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (Battery, Mounting and Cables, General Procedures).
  2. Refer to: Air Conditioning System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging (Climate Control System - General Information, General Procedures).
  3. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  5. WARNING:
    • Since injury such as scalding could be caused by escaping steam or coolant, do not remove the filler cap from the coolant expansion tank while the system is hot.
    • Be prepared to catch escaping fluid.

    Refer to: Cooling System Partial Draining, Filling and Bleeding  (V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol, General Procedures).

    Torque Specification: 8 Nm

  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Refer to: Left Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe (Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol, Removal and Installation).

  12. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe T-Connector (Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol, Removal and Installation).
  13. Refer to: Right Air Cleaner (Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol, Removal and Installation).
  14. Refer to: Left Air Cleaner (Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol, Removal and Installation).
