- Cooling fan control module PWM signal circuit short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance

- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the cooling fan control module PWM signal circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
