Fuel Pump (G1574612): Installation

NOTE:
Remove and discard all blanking caps.

CAUTION:
- Install all the bolts finger tight before final tightening.
- Tighten the Torx screws a turn at a time until the correct torque is achieved.
- Make sure that new bolts are installed.
NOTE: Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine oil. -
CAUTION: Tighten the component finger tight first.
- Torque Specification:
Bolt 10 Nm
- Torque Specification:
Unions 30 Nm
- Torque Specification:
Torque Specification: 11 Nm
Torque Specification: 25 Nm
Torque Specification: 8 Nm

NOTE: Make sure that the component is correctly located.

NOTE: Install the the bolts finger tight first.
Torque Specifications:
M8 25 Nm
M6 11 Nm
