Front SUBFRAME: Removal

  1. Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT information.
    2. WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Refer to Radiator Splash Shield information.
  4. Refer to Air Deflector information.
  5. Refer to Wheel Knuckle information.

    Support Beam Arm and Hook Assembly, Engine (303-662)

  21. Raise and support the vehicle.
    • General Equipment: Powertrain Jack

  23. Torque:

    Front retaining bolts

    Stage 1: 80 Nm

    Stage 2: 360°

    Rear retaining bolts

    Stage 1: 80 Nm

    Stage 2: 270°
