Upper Arm: Installation

- Install the upper arm.
- Tighten the nuts and bolts to 97 Nm (72 lb.ft).
- Tighten the nut to 90 Nm (66 lb.ft).
- Connect the brake hose to the brake caliper.
- Install 2 new sealing washers.
- Tighten the union to 35 Nm (26 lb.ft).
- Install the rear wheel speed sensor lead.
- Install the wheel and tire. Refer to WHEEL AND TIRE information.
- Bleed the brake system. Refer to BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING information.
CAUTION:
The final tightening of the upper arm must be carried out with the vehicle on it's wheels.
NOTE:
Align to the position noted on removal.
