Removal And Installation: Battery: Installation

- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Using the Jaguar approved diagnostic equipment, reset the battery monitoring system (BMS).
- Door Window Motor Initialization
- Enter the audio unit preset radio frequencies.
- Reset the clock to the correct time.
- Start the engine and allow to idle until the engine reaches normal operating temperature.
- Switch the engine off.
NOTE:
This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
