Fuel Pump Driver Module

The FPDM controls the speed of the fuel pump to match the fuel demand of the engine. The FPDM is installed in the RH end of the evaporative emission canister.

The pump speed required is calculated by the ECM (engine control module) and transmitted to the FPDM in a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal.
