DTC B100D-62: Column lock authorization - Signal compare failure: Action

Refer to the appropriate electrical circuit wiring diagrams and check the power and ground connections to the steering column lock and instrument cluster
Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test. Refer to the appropriate electrical circuit wiring diagrams and check the CAN network between the steering column lock and instrument cluster. Clear diagnostic trouble code and retest
Confirm the correct steering column lock/instrument cluster modules are installed
Re-synchronize ID by re-configuring the steering column lock as new
Check CAN network for interference/electromagnetic compatibility related issues. Ensure that the vehicle is away from sources of electromagnetic interference prior to clearing diagnostic trouble codes and retesting
