DTC B1B33-87: Target I.D. Transfer - Missing message: Action

Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the power and ground connections to the engine control module and instrument cluster
Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test. Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the CAN network between the engine control module and instrument cluster. Clear DTC and retest
Check battery is in fully charged and serviceable condition, refer to the battery care manual
