DTC B1B33-64: Target I.D. Transfer - Signal plausibility failure: Action

Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the power and ground connections to the engine control module and instrument cluster
Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test. Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the CAN network between the engine control module and instrument cluster. Clear DTC and retest
Check electric steering column lock operation
If no wiring or electrical fault evident, advise customer of correct starting sequence
