DTC B1B33-62: Target I.D. Transfer - Signal compare failure: Action

Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the power and ground connections to the engine control module and instrument cluster
Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test. Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the CAN network between the engine control module and instrument cluster. Clear DTC and retest
Check correct engine control module and instrument cluster installed
Re-synchronize module ID by reconfiguring the instrument cluster as a new module
Check CAN network for interference/electromagnetic compatibility related issues. Ensure that the vehicle is away from sources of electromagnetic interference prior to clearing DTCs and retesting
