Coolant Pump (G1557116): Removal

  1. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  2. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING (G1816880) .
  3. NOTE: Loosen the bolts, but do not fully remove.

    Torque Specification: 20 Nm 

  4. Refer to Accessory Drive Belt (Removal and Installation).
  5. G11418889
  6. CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.
    G11418890

    Torque Specification: 10 Nm
