- Check for coolant leaks. Perform a cooling system pressure test. Rectify as necessary
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the charge air coolant pump circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new charge air coolant pump as necessary
- Install a new charge air coolant pump
