Rear SUBFRAME - V6 N/A 3.0L Petrol (G1029606): Installation

Install the rear subframe.
NOTE: Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.

Loosely install the rear subframe front bolt.
Loosely install the rear subframe reinforcement plate bolts.
Tighten to retaining bolt.

Tighten to 80 Nm.

Tighten a further 240 degrees.
NOTE: Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.

Install the rear subframe rear retaining bolt.

Tighten to 125 Nm.
Remove the special tool.
NOTE: Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.

Install the rear subframe reinforcement plate retaining bolts.

Tighten to 47 Nm.
NOTE: Right-hand shown, left-hand similar.

Install the shock absorber.
1. Tighten to 133 Nm.
Connect the fuel filler hose.
Attach the wiring harness.
Connect the electric parking brake electrical connector.
Install both upper arms.

Install the axle assembly.

Install the exhaust system.

Refill the fuel tank.
Using only four-wheel alignment equipment approved by Jaguar, check the wheel alignment, and adjust if required.
