CAUTION: Only tighten the bolts finger-tight at this stage.
CAUTION: Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.

Torque Specification:

Bolt 1 63 Nm

Bolt 2 63 Nm

Bolt 1 63 Nm
General Equipment: Powertrain Jack
Install the special tool to the front subframe.

Special Tool(s): 502-005
Install the special tool to the front subframe.

Special Tool(s): 502-005
Torque Specification:

Stage 1: 80 Nm

Stage 2: 240°
Remove the special tool.

Special Tool(s): 502-005
Remove the special tool.

Special Tool(s): 502-005
Torque Specification:

Stage 1: 100 Nm

Stage 2: 270°
CAUTION: Make sure each bolt aligns with the removal markings.

Torque Specification: 175 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure each bolt aligns with the removal markings.

Torque Specification: 175 Nm
NOTE: Repeat the step for the other side.

Torque Specification: 175 Nm
Torque Specification: 43 Nm
Torque Specification: 43 Nm
Torque Specification: 100 Nm
Torque Specification: 45 Nm
Torque Specification: 22 Nm
Torque Specification: 5 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure to protect the paintwork.

Release the radiator assembly.
