Engine Wiring Harness - GTDI 2.0L Petrol (G1573696): Removal

CAUTION:
  • Make sure that the wiring harness is not twisted or damaged on removal. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.
  • Take extra care not to damage the wiring harness clips.
NOTE:
  • Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.
  • Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  • LHD shown, RHD is similar.
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable, refer to Battery Disconnect And Connect (G1033944) .
  2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  3. Refer to: Secondary Bulkhead Center Panel - GTDi 2.0L Petrol (Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

  4. Refer to: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Health And Safety Precautions (General Information, Description and Operation).

    Torque: 3.6 Nm
