Air Conditioning Compressor - V8 N/A 5.0L Petrol/V8 S/C 5.0L Petrol (G1084809): Removal

  1. Refer to: BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT (G1075549) (General Procedures).
    2. WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging (General Procedures).

  5. Torque specification: 8 Nm

    6. CAUTION:
    • Immediately cap all refrigerant lines to prevent ingress of dirt and moisture.
    • Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.
  6. Torque specification: 9 Nm
