1 Seat backrest heater
2 Seat cushion heater

Seat heating is provided by two heater mats in each seat, one in the seat cushion and one in the seat backrest. Operation of the heater mats is controlled by the ATC (automatic temperature control) module.

The heater mats in each seat contain three heater elements, two in the cushion heater mat and one in the backrest heater mat, which are wired in series. The ATC module monitors seat temperature using a temperature sensor in the seat cushion heater mat.
