Refer to the appropriate electrical circuit wiring diagrams and check the left hood latch release deployment control circuit for short circuit between power and ground. Install a new wiring harness as necessary. If no wiring harness fault exists, using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, clear the DTCs and retest.
