Exterior Lighting: Notes

Prior to carrying out a check of the exterior lighting, check and adjust the headlamp beam alignment.

The exterior lighting is controlled from the LH steering column multifunction switch. A rotary collar is integral with the multifunction switch and features three control positions for turning the exterior lamps ON or OFF, and positions for AUTO lamps and AUTO lamps with exit delay.
The assistance of a second person is required to acknowledge when the applied exterior lamps are illuminated.
