Parking Brake Resetting

If the battery is disconnected, the message 'APPLY FOOT AND PARKBRAKE' will be displayed on the message center when the battery is reconnected and the ignition is switched on.

To reset the parking brake and calibrate the system:

  1. Depress and hold the foot brake.
  2. Lift the parking brake switch to apply the parking brake (1  ).
  3. Release (1), and then re-apply the parking brake (2  )
