Check/Top-Up Power Steering Fluid: Notes

The power steering fluid level is recommended to be checked with the vehicle parked on a flat, level surface, the engine switched off and completely cold.

CAUTION: Damage to vehicle. It is imperative that the power steering system is not contaminated. Clean the area around the reservoir neck before and after topping-up. Always dispense fluid from a fresh, sealed container. Do not return drained fluid into the power steering system. Do not overfill the power steering system.
