Touch-Screen Display (TSD)

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 12 other vehicles, including the 2015 Jaguar XKR-S, 2015 Jaguar XKR, 2015 Jaguar XK, 2014 Jaguar XKR-S, and 2014 Jaguar XKR. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The Touch-Screen Display (TSD) provides touch control of the vehicle Audio, Climate, Phone, Navigation and Vehicle systems.

When the engine Start/Stop  hard-button is pressed, the TSD is activated by use of the ON/OFF  softbutton located on the Touch-Screen console.

Throughout this document the console buttons surrounding the TSD are referred to as hard-buttons and are to be pressed firmly. The TSD menu buttons are referred to as soft-buttons and only require a short, light pressure to function. Do not use excessive pressure.

When operating the TSD soft-buttons, always extend the tip of one finger, and withhold the thumb and remaining fingers from the screen. Touching the screen with more than one finger at a time may cause false inputs.
