PDI Check Sheet

A PDI Check Sheet is provided to record the actioned PDI procedures. Mark the sheet with a Tick [(Checked Correct) or Cross] (Action Required) against the appropriate procedure.
A 'Comments' section is also provided on the reverse side of the check sheet. If a box is marked with a Cross, a record MUST be entered in the Comments section, i.e. 'Engine oil level low', 'Oil leak from sump joint'.
