Removal And Installation: Removal

NOTE:

  • Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.
  1. Refer to: Transmission - V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol/V8 S/C 5.0L Petrol (Automatic Transmission/Transaxle - GTDi 2.0L Petrol/TD4 2.2L Diesel/TDV6 3.0L Diesel/V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol/V8 S/C 5.0L Petrol, RWD, Removal).

  2. CAUTION:
    • The bolts can only be used 3 times, mark the bolts with a center punch. If 2 punch marks are visible, discard the bolts.
    • Make sure that no components fall off during removal.
    • Note the position of the bolts, prior to removal.
    NOTE: Make sure that the crankshaft is not rotated.
